During the launch meeting of the THE group we discussed exchanges of explainers. One of the results of this discussion is a draft version of the Explainers' Exchange Form.

The form itself should be considered as a kind of an application form.  The filled in form should provide all the necessary information about the institution which wants to exchange explainers with other institutions. All filled in forms will then be posted on the web (THE group site) where all interested institutions will be able to read through them and find a suitable offer.

This is probably not yet the final version of the form. If you think that something is missing or should be changed, please post your opinion on this forum and help to make the form better. Remember: The main goal of this form is to make it easier for the institutions to communicate with each other considering the explainers' exchanges. Easier comminucation is a path to more exchanges!
