Explainers' Exchange (report from the launch meeting)

The Report on the explainers' exchange debate group which took place on the launch meeting of the THE group. The report covers the points which are considered to be the initial information the institution should provide when offering or accepting explainers on an exchange. To make those points as straight-forward as possible, we have also constructed the draft version of the Explainers' Exchange Form (the_exchange_form.pdf, also available on this site).
